The company has grown from small scale to medium size gemstone operations, majoring in mining of ruby gemstone in the area. The company was initially granted a Primary Mining License (PML) number 003363EZ with 9.81 hectares issued by Ministry of Energy and Minerals for the same purpose and later purchased PML No. 004635EZ with 9,43 hectares adhering to proper mine design done by the Bureau of Industrial Co-operation (BICO) of the University of Dar es Salaam. Ownership of these PML had been transferred to Expo Alliance Centre (T) Ltd of P. O. Box 106206 Dar es Salaam with blessing of the the Eastern Zonal commissioner of Mining on 18th December 2013 The licenses cover an area of approximately 1 9.24 hectares in total.
